IMR
What is IMR? - IMR is when you rent a property and only pay 80% of the open market rent. For example – a one bedroom flat in the private rented sector costs £500.00 per calendar month and then bdht would charge £400.00.
Occupation will be subject to an assured short hold tenancy agreement for fixed period of 6 or 12 months which, in agreement with bdht can be renewed for a further 6 or 12 months.
