Buying Off Plan

We are selling the properties ‘off plan’. This means we are selling them before the building work is complete and before you are able to view the property from the inside. There is no need to worry as we will provide you with enough information to enable you to make your decision.

If you purchase off plan you will exchange contracts before the properties are complete and you will have to have obtained your mortgage, paid over your mortgage deposit and ensured your solicitor has completed the legal work on your behalf.
